The first thing that comes to our mind after when we hear about a healthy morning routine is to wake up early and do exercise. But it is not like that. practices for inner peaceUse your bed as a way to relax. Try to meditate in the bed only before having tea or coffee or a shower. Doing meditation in the morning will help to start your day on a fresh note. Also drinking herbal tea in the morning helps to heal many things. Feeling what you are doing helps you to relax and calm your mind like while drinking the hot herbal tea, don’t just drink it directly. Hold the cup in your hands and feel the warmth of the cup, then try to smell the scent of the tea. As soon as you will start noticing the small things around you, you will gain inner peace.

Nighttime calm –

It is very important to have a good sleep as lack of sleep can cause many problems in our body. It is an important thing that is required by our body for proper functioning. It is the time when our entire body relaxes and the digestive process takes place. A normal human body requires at least 7 hrs of sleep to be healthy. So, it is important to sleep that we do not wake up during the night. Since all the body organs are directly connected to the brain,  if we smell some soothing smell like that of lavender, rose, etc then it will give peace to our mind. It will help in centering, calming and balancing our minds. For that purpose, you should spray some calming essential oils on your face, under the nose and pillow before you go to sleep and should wait until the scent encompasses your sense completely.

Resolve the problems of the day –

In the entire day, you will meet many people. Some will come and go while others may get stuck to your mind,  because of positive or negative reasons. If it is for negative reasons it will be going around your head throughout the day and you will remain disturbed. You will continuously think about that one thing and it will affect your work, as well as your inner peace, will be missing. If we leave the unfinished things then it will remain as it is throughout life. For that purpose, try to resolve all the problems before the end of the day as the next day, the problem may escalate and it will not let your mind remain in peace. Make this a habit to end all the day’s problem on that same day so that the new day begins with new and positive vibes.
