While it is true that motivation plays an important role in achieving your goals, you cannot solely depend on motivation alone. Successful people are successful because they are willing to do the work regardless of whether they feel like it or not.
You have to understand that motivation is feeling. And feeling comes and goes. This is why sometimes you feel motivated and sometimes not. Rather than depending on motivation, make it a habit. Turn your execution plan into your habit. This way, you don’t have to rely on motivation to get the work done.
They Have No Idea How to Do It
